This package is essential if you want to import your sales from PayPal into QuickBooks using either the direct download from PayPal or the PP2QB service (what we recommend).

You must have your QB data file setup correctly before you attempt to download your sales data from PayPal into QuickBooks!

eBay & Other Venues:  Included in our basic set up are the accounts for selling on eBay, Amazon.com, Etsy, Bonanzle, half.com, Craigslist, overstock.com and an e-commerce website.  Consignment selling is also included.  Any other venue you sell at or on can easily be added to your set up.

QB Version:  We support QuickBooks 2008-2011.  If the newest QB version (ie 2012, etc) is not listed here, rest assured that we do support it.  We actually receive the new version each year before it is available for purchase.

It does not matter which "flavor" of QB you have.  Pro or Premier both work just fine.  We recommend Pro.  Premier is usually over-kill for what our clients need. QB for Mac (2008-2011) is fine also. 

Generally we do not recommend the use of QuickBooks Online for e-commerce sellers.  Besides the fact that it is slower and more cumbersome compared to the desktop version, in the online version we cannot import data from PayPal.

How it Works: After purchase of this package, you will be able to download a list of questions to answer about your business. We will send your customized QB data file back to you within 10 business days after we receive your answers. We will contact you when your QB file is done to schedule your consulting session.

We use a remote access program for the sessions so that we are on the phone with you and also viewing your computer or one of our screens. We record the sessions and you will be able to download the video after the session. NOTE: You must have a high-speed internet (DSL, Cable, FIOS, Etc) connection for the remote access session(s) A dial-up connection will not work.

It is fine whether you use Mac or PC.  Both our QB files and our remote access service works great with both!

This package is for 4 hours of prepaid bookkeeping time and 1 hour of prepaid consulting/training time with us. See our other packages that include a different mix of consulting/training & bookkeeping time.

This package is a great option for someone who needs to get set up and would like to have some of the bookkeeping done for them. Getting some of the initial bookkeeping work done for you will help you learn better after your consulting/training time as there will be data to refer back to.

Prepaid time with us expires 18 months after the date of purchase. Time is booked and used in 5-minute increments. Upon request, we will provide you a statement showing your unused time balance.

Non-US Businesses:

Our QB Data File will only work with the US version of QuickBooks. It will not work with any other version (UK, Canada, etc). Due to international differences, we only offer our consulting services to US-based businesses and individuals. We cannot advise those who sell from other countries.
