This package is essential if you want to import your sales from PayPal into QuickBooks. You must have your QB data file setup correctly before you attempt to download your sales data from PayPal into QuickBooks!

How it Works: After purchase of this package, you will be able to download a list of questions to answer about your business. We will send your customized QB datafile back to you within 10 business days after we receive your answers. We will contact you when your QB file is done to discuss your bookkeeping needs. We use a remote access program for the consulting sessions so that we are on the phone with you and also viewing your computer or one of our screens. NOTE: You must have a high-speed internet (DSL, Cable, FIOS, Etc) connection for the remote access session(s) A dial-up connection will not work.

Prepaid time with us expires 18 months after the date of purchase. Time is booked and used in 5-minute increments. Upon request, we will provide you a statement showing your unused time balance.

This package is for 15 hours of prepaid time (13 hours bookkeeping and 2 hours consulting/training) with us.

Our QB Datafile will only work with the US version of QuickBooks. It will not work with any other version (UK, Canada, etc). Due to international differences, currently we only offer our consulting services to US-based businesses and individuals. We cannot advise those who sell from other countries.
