Allegro Accounting

This product is a blank QuickBooks 2011 Data File that is setup for use by an eBay/E-Commerce seller. Also includes setup for selling on Amazon.com, Etsy, Bonanzle, half.com, craigslist.org, and a website. Setup for consignment selling is also included. The Chart of Accounts is setup in the file as well as a few memorized sales receipts for use in entering sales.

If you only sell on eBay or sell on a venue we have not included, you can easily change the account names or hide/delete the ones you do not need to use.

Importing PayPal Information: If you want to import your sales and expense information from PayPal into QuickBooks either via PayPal's direct import option or the service available at PP2QB (highly recommended by us), it is vital that your QuickBooks file is set up correctly before you attempt to import data into your QuickBooks program. This product will help you immensely and save you a lot of time and headaches! 

With this file, you can use either PayPal's direct import option or the service available at PP2QB.
This file includes the necessary accounts in the Chart of Accounts for using the PP2QB service.

Purchase the Correct File for Your Program!: Be SURE you purchase the right file for the version (year) of QuickBooks that you have!  QuickBooks files are NOT backwards compatible.  It does not matter whether you have the Simple Start, Pro or Premier version of QB, it only matters that you purchase the correct year version of the data file to match your program.  If you have QuickBooks 2011, purchase the 2011 file, etc.

What's Included with this Product: This product is the QuickBooks data file and only that.  It does NOT contain instructions on how to use QB or how to do your bookkeeping.  Nor does it contain instructions on how to import your data from PayPal into QB.  Our products are ala carte unless you purchase one of our Complete Setup Packages which contain the QB file, our e-book explaining the Chart of Accounts, Consulting/Training time, and possibly some Bookkeeping time so that we can do some of the initial work for you.  Our package #4c is our most popular.

Download Your Purchase:  Immediately after purchase you will be able to download a ZIP file that contains the specific QB data file you have purchased. You should be able to open the ZIP file easily as all the newer operating systems contain the ability to do so. But should you have trouble, you can download a trial version of WinZip from winzip.com.

After purchase you have 14 days to download your purchased product. There is a limit of 1 download per purchase. Contact us if you have any problems with the download. Save your purchased product to CD or disk!
