Blank QuickBooks 2009 Data File that is setup for use by an eBay/E-Commerce seller. Also includes setup for selling on Amazon.com, half.com, craigslist.org, Overstock.com and a website. Setup for consignment selling is also included. The Chart of Accounts is setup in the file as well as a few memorized sales receipts for use in entering sales and a vendor bill for use in paying consignment customers.

If you only sell on eBay or sell on a venue we have not included, you can easily change the account names or hide/delete the ones you do not need to use.

eBay Sellers! If you want to use the Accounting Assistant from eBay or the PayPal Import (what we recommend) to help you with your bookkeeping, it is vital that your QuickBooks file is set up correctly before you attempt to download your sales data into your QuickBooks program. This product will help you immensely and save you a lot of time and headaches!

Immediately after purchase you will be able to download a ZIP file that contains the specific QB datafile you have purchased. You will need a program such as WinZip (can be downloaded for free from winzip.com) to unzip the file you will download and extract the datafile. Be SUREyou purchase the right file for the version (year) of QuickBooks that you have!
